About Cleo
Cleo Pet Limited was founded in 2001 by Product Designer Shaun Woodward, and Pet Marketeer Penny McQuilkin. At that time it was felt many Pet products were lacking the innovation, refinement and style seen routinely in other sectors, and so an opportunity presented itself…..
The company was always going to be, and continues to be ‘Product led’ - A pet company to create and promote quality new products… ‘A Design company making Pet products’.
From the first launch of a few Cat scratching products, the Cleo range now includes over 200 items including cat climbers and bedding, toys, wild bird feeders, rabbit hutches and feeding products, most of which are designed and developed ‘in house’.
Cleo currently distributes from warehouse premises in North Bedfordshire, close to the Design and Administrative office.
Penny recently stood down, leaving Shaun as sole owner to continue and develop the business with the Cleo team.

As Cleo designs are sold through various retail and wholesale outlets it’s difficult for us to publish a definitive list as to who may stock specific Cleo products.
